Fresh Strawberries with Honeyed Yogurt Sauce

(Makes 4 Servings)

INGREDIENTS:

1 quart fresh strawberries

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

1 tablespoon orange juice

1-2 teaspoons honey

   Ground cinnamon

 PREPARATION:

Rinse and hull strawberries.  Combine yogurt, juice, honey and cinnamon to taste in a small bowl; mix well.  Serve sauce over berries.
